Introduction to Meditation

Many of us lead very busy lifestyles and meditation is a
great way to relax and unwind. Although the idea of meditation may appeal to
many people, it is actually finding the right time to do it and knowing how to
go about it. This course is designed as an introduction to meditation and so no
prior experience in meditation is necessary although those with previous
experience are also welcome. It can be booked as a one to one workshop or for a
group of up to 6 people. Once you have completed this workshop you may wish
to continue with meditation on a personal basis or join a local group.
