| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. You may pay online using our secure system or, using the paypal system which is a world wide recognised internet payment system. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer and postal orders, both which must be in Great British Pounds. When choosing to pay by direct bank transfer, our bank details will follow by email. International postal orders are accepted provided they are in Great British Pounds, these are available at most Post Offices. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK: we will charge your card with the pound sterling amount shown in your receipt; your own credit card company will convert this to dollars or your own currency, at the rate of exchange they specify. We therefore have no control over the eventual amount of local currency you will be charged. However, should you require an approximation of any price in your own currency, please do just ask and we will supply one using standard currency exchange rates. | Shipping And Handling Orders are despatched out within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Postage is a standard charge of £3.99 within the UK, £9.75 in Europe and £11.75 elsewhere in the world. All items will be sent out by 1st class registered post or Airmail (Internationaly signed for) if outside the UK. Where packages are heavy we reserve the right to send out your parcel by an alternative delivery company such as D.H.L. Special delivery is available at an extra cost of £5.00 within the UK. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent out the next wroking day. Parcels do have to be signed for, we do realise that this can be inconvenient and therefore will deliver to a work address or a neighbour if requested to do so. |

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 10 days or so, you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. | Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with the shop goods you receive you may return them unused within 7 working days for a refund or gift voucher to that value.
