There are a vast
amount of angels and Archangels of whom we can call upon for guidance
and direction. This site contains only a small number of these with a
general write up of each one mentioned.
Archangel
Gabriel
The name Gabriel means
"God is my strength". Gabriel is the most famous of the Archangels as he
told Mary of the impending birth of her son Jesus. Gabriel is never far
from hopeful parents and is a wonderful angel to call upon when you are
trying to become pregnant. Once pregnant he will guide you through your
pregnancy giving you courage and strength during the stressful period of
labour and delivery. If you are of an artistic nature then Gabriel will
help open doors for you to enable you to express your talent. He is most
defiantly the 'Archangel of Action'
Archangel
Metatron
Metatron is the
youngest of the Archangels as he was once a mortal man. He works closely
with earths inhabitants acting as an intermediate between heaven and
earth helping us to understand and learn how to work with the angels.
Metatron loves working with children especially those who are
spiritually gifted and encourages them to become aware and accept their
gifts with love and understanding. He also helps those children who have
newly arrived in the light to adjust to their new domain.
Archangel Michael
The name Michael means "He who is with God".
He is the leader amidst the angels and is in charge of 'the Virtues'
which are an order of angels. Michael works closely with humans called 'lightworkers',
these are people who have been enlisted to work as healers or spiritual
teachers. He is very tall and extremely handsome and is mostly seen to
carry a sword. Often blue or purple flashes or speckles appear when he
is around
Archangel Raphael
The name Raphael means "God heals". Raphael is
a very powerful healer and works closely with healers and healing
professions such as doctors and nurses. The Archangels Raphael and
Michael will often work together to exorcise troublesome spirits away
from people and places. Flashes of green or emerald light or speckles
appear when Raphael is around, he also works well with animals.
Archangel Uriel
The name Uriel means "God's light". He gives
us insight into situations and warnings and is regarded as one of the
wisest Archangels. You may be looking for answers to a particular
situation and an idea will come to you like switching on a light bulb -
this has probably come from Uriel. Uriel is good to call upon when you
are trying to make important life decisions.
